We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Design and improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

- Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.

- Drive performance management and employee appraisal systems.

- Build employee engagement and retention programs.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.

- Identify training needs and organize learning & development initiatives.

- Mentor and lead the HR team to achieve organizational goals.

- Generate HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
