We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to assist in our end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, learning recruitment strategies, and building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and other job portals.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings across various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Assist in onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (HR, Management, Psychology, Commerce or related field).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior internship experience in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
