- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and social media.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, background verification, and employee induction.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS/ATS data.
- Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes. Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and smooth onboarding.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
