Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR Generalist who sees people as the foundation of business growth. This role extends beyond recruitment; it’s about building structured hiring systems, shaping HR practices, strengthening workplace culture, and creating an environment where high-performing teams can thrive. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure every stage of the employee journey reflects KUPAR’s values and long-term vision.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end hiring across business, creative, and operational functions.
- Build structured recruitment pipelines that support efficient and consistent hiring.
- Partner with leadership to align hiring decisions with business priorities.
- Design and implement scalable HR policies, processes, and people practices.
- Own employee onboarding, documentation, and the overall employee lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns while fostering a positive workplace.
- Facilitate clear, professional communication between leadership and teams.
- Strengthen employee engagement through meaningful initiatives and regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational excellence across people functions.

Work Schedule & Compensation: Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (On-site)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and role fit)
