- We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with solid knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and recruitment.

- The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing HR operations .

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end monthly payroll processing.

- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll consultants.

- Maintain payroll records and employee salary files.

- Ensure timely filing and maintenance of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

- Handle Shops & Establishment compliance, renewals, and inspections.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring dashboards.

- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

- Address employee queries related to payroll, PF/ESIC, leaves, and policies.
