Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Activities
- Strong in Recruitment & Payroll
- Day to Day Operations
- Employee Relations
- Statutory Compliance & Coordination
- Direct reporting to Operation Manager
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring
- Immediate availability
