The HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee data, attendance, statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong coordination, accuracy in documentation, and knowledge of labour laws like PF and ESIC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Data Management
- Maintain and update employee records (joining, exit, transfers, promotions)
- Ensure proper documentation and filing (physical & digital)
- Manage HRMIS / software data entries
1. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift records
- Coordinate with operations for attendance inputs
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing
1. Employee Management
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies
- Support onboarding and induction process
- Maintain employee engagement and discipline records
1. Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC)
- Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC registration and documentation
- Coordinate monthly PF & ESIC data and challans
- Maintain compliance records and assist in audits
1. HR Operations
- Assist in recruitment coordination (interviews, documentation)
- Support exit formalities (F&F;, relieving, documentation)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labour laws
- Robust data management and Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations
Preferred Experience
- Experience in transport / logistics / manufacturing industry will be added advantage
