: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SR.HR EXECUTIVE FOR ELECTRICAL TRADING COMPANY Location: Vadodara Remuneration: 15-30k Exp: 4-8 years Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance Handling insurance-related issues Managing workplace safety issues Training current or existing employees Firing staff Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA,
