Objective: Plans, performs and oversees all required activities to ensure smooth recruitment process.

Job Requirements

1.Must have experience on full Life Cycle of NON - IT Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.

1. Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Campus Hiring, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.

3.Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit profiles on time .

4.Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.

5.Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

6.Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

7.Knowledge along with Application Tracking System

8.Should generate and maintain MIS reports.

Candidate skills & requirements

Educational Qualification: MBA-HR

Experience Required: 05 to 12 years in NON - IT recruitment and Campus Hiring
