Job Summary

- We are hiring an HR Executive Operations & Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment, supervise telecallers, and handle HR operations.

- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting revenue growth through successful hiring closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process Create and post job descriptions Source and screen candidates from job portals

- Conduct interviews and background verification

- Supervise telecaller team and monitor performance

- Maintain HR operations, attendance, and MIS reports Support business revenue through hiring targets

Skills Required

- Robust communication skills Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques

- Team handling ability Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Qualification:

- Post Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)
