We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Darwin HRMS. The candidate should have experience handling day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working on Darwin HRMS (transactional level)

- Employee onboarding & documentation

- HR data management and employee records

- HR operations and employee lifecycle management

- Attendance & leave management

- HR documentation and compliance

- Employee query handling

- Coordination with internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

- Experience in Darwin HRMS

- Good knowledge of HR Operations

- Robust communication skills

- MS Excel proficiency

- Attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

- 1 to 4 Years

- Experience in HR Operations

- Immediate Joiners Preferred
