Position: HR Executive – IRISS Asia Pacific

Location: Bangalore

Department: Human Resources

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused HR Executive to support and strengthen our growing operations across the Asia Pacific region. This role requires experience working in both corporate and IT-related environments, supporting professional and technical teams in a fast-paced international business setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration across the APAC region • Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding • Coordinate recruitment activities for both corporate and IT-related positions • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical and professional roles • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reporting • Support payroll coordination, leave management,



and employee benefits administration • Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and company policies across APAC countries • Partner with department managers to support workforce planning and talent acquisition needs • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development activities • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely and effective recruitment support for corporate and IT positions • Strong employee onboarding and retention experience • Accurate and compliant HR documentation and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field • 3–5 years of HR experience in corporate and/or IT environments • Experience supporting recruitment for technical or IT-related roles preferred • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and labor law compliance • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/platforms

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting regional organizations • Exposure to industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology industries • Experience working across multiple APAC countries and cultures • Familiarity with HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, and digital HR tools
