- HR Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee record management

- Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, mediate disputes, and support performance management processes to maintain a positive workplace culture

- Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensure HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations are up-to-date and adhered to; assist in audits and reporting

- Training and Development: Coordinate and support employee training programs, career development initiatives, and performance improvement

- HR Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute HR projects, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee engagement

- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor HR team members, fostering collaboration and high performance

- Strategic Support: Assist the HR Manager in workforce planning, data analytics, and enterprise risk management to support organizational goals

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
