About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with experience in bulk hiring / BPO recruitment to manage the complete hiring and onboarding process for our Field Sales team . The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high-volume recruitment, coordinating with candidates, and managing onboarding activities with a good understanding of HR operations. ? Key ResponsibilitiesManage bulk recruitment for Field Sales positions. Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates.

Handle candidate communication and interview scheduling. Manage joining formalities and documentation . Coordinate and conduct employee induction & onboarding . Maintain employee and recruitment-related records.





Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates. Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements. Support basic HR & operational activities as required. Track recruitment status, joining, and onboarding data. ? Requirements 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment / Bulk Hiring / BPO Hiring preferred.

Experience in Field Sales hiring will be an added advantage. Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring requirements simultaneously. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
