We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to align people practices with business goals. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving performance, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design HR strategies.
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Work on employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement) and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven workplace.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
