WE'RE HIRING – HR Assistant Manager Immediate joiners only

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Position: HR Assistant Manager

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

✅ Payroll Management

✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

✅ Employee Offboarding

✅ Statutory Compliance

✅ Labour Law Compliance

✅ End-to-End HR Operations

Requirements

✔ Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR experience

✔ Strong knowledge of Payroll, Recruitment, Offboarding, Statutory Compliance, and Labour Laws

✔ Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR operations

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Must be able to read and write Kannada (Mandatory)

✔ Immediate joiners only
