Responsibilities

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.

- Design and run structured onboarding programs that set new hires up for success from day one.

- Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.

- Drive employee engagement pulse surveys, performance review cycles, 1:1 frameworks, and team rituals.

- Manage HR data and systems, HRIS, attendance, contracts, and org charts.

- Build and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Serve as the first point of contact for all employee queries, grievances, and people-related matters.

- Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build pipelines proactively.

Requirements





- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech-adjacent environment.

- Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can hold a difficult conversation with empathy and clarity.

- Highly organised with solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to build processes where none exist.

- Discreet, trustworthy, and people-first in every interaction.
