– HR Analytics & HRIS Specialist

About the Role

Third Wave Coffee is looking for an experienced HRIS professional to drive the end-to-end management of people systems and HR technology processes across the organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing HR systems while ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and experience working closely with HR, finance, payroll, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Management

- Own the complete HRIS lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, enhancement, testing, and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR systems and technology-related initiatives.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data across all platforms.
- Manage workflows, approvals, organizational structures, user roles, and system permissions.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve overall efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards related to workforce metrics.
- Analyse data relating to attrition, headcount, productivity, hiring, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for business leaders and stakeholders.

Process Improvement and Project Management

- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline existing HR processes.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, testing activities,



and change management initiatives.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and user guides.
- Drive user adoption through training sessions and continuous support.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless system implementation and maintenance.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, finance, and business teams to resolve operational issues.
- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.

Artificial Intelligence and Process Excellence

- Explore opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence within the HR ecosystem.
- Drive automation and process simplification initiatives to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Build scalable and future-ready people processes aligned with organisational growth.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience managing HRIS platforms and people analytics.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll integration, performance management, and offboarding.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience working with HRMS, ATS, payroll, and performance management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience within retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or consumer-focused organizations will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in quick-paced and high-growth environments is highly desirable.
