Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Assign daily work schedules and monitor staff productivity.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping associates.
- Ensure adequate stock of linen, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Front Office departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up until resolved.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, health,



and safety standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns professionally.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or resort.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
