- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of housekeeping staff.

- Prepare and allocate daily duty rosters and work schedules.

- Ensure cleanliness of classrooms, offices, laboratories, corridors, washrooms, playgrounds, cafeteria, and common areas.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices.

- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

- Monitor inventory of housekeeping materials and raise requisitions for supplies.

- Coordinate with the Admin, Maintenance, and Security departments for smooth operations.

- Ensure timely waste collection, disposal, and recycling practices.

- Address housekeeping-related complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

- Maintain attendance records,



daily cleaning logs, and inspection reports.

- Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate or Diploma in Housekeeping, Hotel Management, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in schools, hospitals, hotels, or large institutions.

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
