Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across offices, rooms, reception areas, corridors, washrooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, windows, doors, and other surfaces. Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly and ensure adequate availability of soap, tissue, and other supplies.
Empty dustbins and dispose of waste properly according to company guidelines. Keep pantry and dining areas clean and organized. Refill housekeeping supplies such as cleaning materials, tissues, handwash, and toiletries when required.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly. Report any maintenance issues, damages, leakage, or safety hazards to the supervisor/management. Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the working area.
Assist with basic arrangements for meetings, events, or office functions when required. Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are stored properly after use. Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene policies.
Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
