Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Housekeeping Associate with prior exposure to luxury hotel operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, and a consistent commitment to delivering an elevated guest experience in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean, prepare, and present guest rooms in strict accordance with luxury hotel standards and brand SOPs.
- Ensure flawless room presentation, including bed making, linen arrangement, and refined aesthetic detailing.
- Replenish premium toiletries, amenities, towels, and guest supplies as per brand guidelines.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of bathrooms, floors, furniture, fixtures, and all high-touch surfaces.
- Ensure public areas, lobbies, corridors,



and guest-facing spaces consistently reflect luxury presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, discreetly, and professionally to special requests.
- Report maintenance issues, guest feedback, and lost & found items with accuracy and urgency.
- Handle cleaning equipment and luxury-grade cleaning products with utmost care and responsibility.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and brand-specific housekeeping SOPs at all times.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Concierge, and Maintenance teams to ensure flawless room readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all guest interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in a 4-star/5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and housekeeping SOPs.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a refined sense of aesthetics and presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods.
- Physically fit and capable of performing high-standard housekeeping duties efficiently.
- Guest-centric mindset with a polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with luxury or boutique hospitality brands.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-performance hospitality environment.
