1. Maintaining Discipline and Order:
- Ensuring residents adhere to hostel rules and regulations.
- Managing student behaviour and addressing any disciplinary issues.
- Enforcing curfews, visitor policies, and other regulatory procedures.
- Maintaining decorum in common areas like the common room and mess.
1. Ensuring Safety and Security:
- Coordinating with security staff to monitor and control access to the hostel.
- Conducting regular inspections of hostel premises and rooms.
- Addressing emergencies, both medical and disciplinary, promptly.
- Being available at all hours, especially at night, to respond to incidents
1. Managing Hostel Operations:
- Supervising daily hostel operations, including maintenance and cleanliness.
- Overseeing the mess and ensuring quality of meals.
