Role Overview
Responsible for supervising execution and commissioning of firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems in
hospitality projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with relevant codes.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved
efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.
Supervise installation of fire protection, domestic water, and drainage systems as per design.
Ensure compliance with NFPA/NBC codes and project-specific safety standards.
Review drawings,
technical data sheets, and material submissions for approval.
Oversee hydrostatic testing, pressure testing, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with civil, HVAC, and electrical teams to resolve interface issues.
Maintain as-built drawings, inspection reports, and statutory clearances.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of MEP systems.
Monitor works executed by contractors and subcontractors, verify their bills, and conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and project standards.
