Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in a regional/multi-area leadership role
Strong strategic planning and P&L; management skills
Experience managing and developing a multi-tier sales team
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Industry experience in adhesives, paints, or building materials preferred
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
