Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
Support hiring, performance management, and career development of team members.

Product Development & Delivery

Partner with Product Managers and Project Managers to plan and deliver product roadmaps.
Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality, scalability, and reliability.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies,



and bottlenecks.

Technical Leadership

Guide architecture, design decisions, and technology adoption.
Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Promote up-to-date engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development.

AI & Innovation

Collaborate with AI/ML teams on the development and deployment of AI-powered products.
Support adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of software development experience with 3-4+ years in an Engineering Manager role.
Experience working in a Product-Based Technology Company, specifically in to Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies.
