The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of customer-facing projects and professional services engagements. The ideal candidate should possess a solid blend of software development experience and project management expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate with engineering teams, customers, and leadership stakeholders. Candidates with prior experience in product-based organizations,



particularly those involved in AI/ML product development and delivery, will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects and customer engagements.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Drive project governance, status reporting, risk management, and escalation handling.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
Conduct regular project reviews, steering committee meetings, and status updates.
Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
