This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable
function in the Finance department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts
payable ('AP') functions for portfolio of properties.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including
statistical reports to government agencies.
* Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and
forecasting.
* Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax
filing/compliance.
* Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for
selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant accounting experinces, preferably in AP,
supporting regional or global environment.
* Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.
* Proficient in MS Excel.
* Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be
advantageous.
* Mature, responsible, meticulous, good team player and able to work
independently in a fast-paced workplace.
