Eligibility
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and guide the sales team (counsellors, sales executives, co-ordinators)
Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Handle both inside sales (calls, walk-ins) and field sales activities
Identify current business opportunities through partnerships and field visits
Ensure proper handling of patient inquiries and high conversion rates
Maintain and analyze sales reports, MIS, and CRM data
Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for seamless patient experience
Resolve escalations and ensure patient satisfaction
