We are recruiting for a finance business partner for our Retail Value Chain.

Responsibilities

Finance Partnering

Partner with retail and business teams to provide financial insights and decision support
Manage and monitor P&L; performance across business units
Build strong stakeholder relationships and support business needs proactively
Translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights

Planning & Forecasting

Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and rolling forecasts
Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and profitability drivers
Develop financial models and track key retail KPIs
Identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization levers

Decision Support





Build scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions
Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership on investments and expansion opportunities
Actively participate in business reviews and decision-making discussions

Reporting & Controllership

Perform Actual vs Budget vs Forecast variance analysis and identify root causes
Deliver reliable financial statements reflecting true business performance
Build early warning systems to highlight business risks and opportunities
Maintain solid governance, compliance, and financial controls
Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with group standards and local regulations

Project & Change Management

Drive retail finance projects and process improvement initiatives
Support automation and simplification of process across the activities
Take initiatives to innovate and enhance business efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement finance transf
