This is a rare chance to scale the CS function, define the playbook, set the bar, and own relationships with some of the most recognizable companies in the world. This isn't your typical CS role. At Clueso, everyone reports to the customer. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own the full post-sales journey: onboarding new customers, keeping them activated and engaged, spotting expansion opportunities, and making sure every renewal lands cleanly. You'll work hand-in-hand with product and engineering, and you'll use AI to make yourself dramatically more effective at all of it. We intend to keep our 4.9⭐ rating.
