Afcons Infrastructure Limited is an Indian
multinational construction and engineering company based in Mumbai. The company
provides infrastructure services and is involved in the construction of
infrastructure projects such as viaducts, flyovers, metros, bridges, pipelines,
roads, ports, barrages, oil and gas projects etc.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 01

Project Management

* Coordinating with multi discipline, Internal, External stake holder so as to
ensure project work is executed to meet Project objectives of HSSE, Quality,
Time, and Budget Ensure HSE adherence by all the stakeholders.
* Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager,
such as creating presentations, meeting minutes, and Meeting action logs.
* Create and maintain databases on project performance that track overall
progress and the achievement of specific milestones.
* Communicate project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management
channels.
* Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and
information.
* Develop and maintain documentation, plans,



and reports; prepare customer
deliverables including documentation and project drawings and ensure timely
submittal.
* Assist project management team with project initiation, project planning,
execution of project work, monitoring and controlling, and project closeout.
* Represent Company at customer/subcontractor coordination/ status reiview
meetings.
* Assist Project Manager by maintaining awareness of critical path activities
affecting customer sensitive project deadlines. Support the implementation
and maintenance of project management systems, including change management,
cost tracking, and schedule tracking and optimization.
* Spearheading activities like Equipment/Package and other items arrival at
yard, Fabrication and Deck Stacking, String test for PGC, Pre-commissioning,
load out and Commissioning are completed on schedule.
* Planning and execution of offshore activities in accordance with Co
