JOB PURPOSE

To support strategic planning at HIAL through comprehensive business and
economic research, analysis, and financial modelling, and to identify and
execute key business initiatives that drive both strategic and operational
goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Ensure timely completion of special
assignments related to airport operations, financial planning, feasibility
studies for preparing bids etc. Within defined timelines Lead and manage the
analysis of peak hour demand of all airport operation processes for optimum
utilization of these resources and effective planning of
engineering/aero/non-aero and other related activities. - Beginning & end of
summer and winter schedules.
-Requirement based
Support in Strategic Planning process & facilitate the Annual Operating Plan
(AOP) preparation for the company - Finalization of inputs for the plan by
November. Prepare Setting Scan Reports, encapsulating external and internal
factors,



impacting the airport ecosystem to present a holistic view of the
company to the senior management Within defined timelines Support & participate
in the CFTs to drive the Strategic initiatives and update Top Management on
strategic initiatives through data analysis and alert on major developments -
Regular S.I. meetings by CFTs.
- Number of CFT projects completed
Special assignments (special time bound tasks from Senior management, Sector
and corporate team related to Policy Advocacy, Economic study and Analysis)
Completion within defined timelines Capability building for team members through
training and review of their work.
