This is a leadership role — focused on client ownership, strategy, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large national & regional accounts
Build CXO-level client relationships
Drive strategy, presentations, and business growth
Oversee execution, budgets, and profitability
Support new business pitches
Ideal Candidate
12–18 years in Experiential / BTL agency
Currently Account Director / Group Account Manager / Business Head
Experience handling large brands & multi-city projects
Robust strategic, commercial & team leadership skills
Ownership mindset required. Not a coordination-only role.
