Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on growth marketing manager who has experience contributing to the growth of a SaaS company from approximately $100K ARR to $3M ARR.
You will own the growth funnel across customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion while working directly with leadership to build scalable growth systems.




This role is ideal for someone who combines strategy with execution and is comfortable working across multiple growth channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and drive growth across the entire customer journey from lead generation to retention and expansion.
Build and optimise conversion funnels across website visitors, leads, demos, trials, and customers.
Plan and execute growth experiments across landing pages, email campaigns, ads, onboarding, and product messaging.
Scale customer acquisition through channels such as SEO, content, paid marketing, partnerships, referrals, webinars, and communities.
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve activation and retention metrics.
Track and improve key SaaS metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and ARR growth.
Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and growth initiatives.
