About The Role

We are looking for a technically solid Solution Architect to lead Control & Instrumentation estimation and solution development for industrial projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across the project lifecycle — from field instrumentation and engineering documentation to bid preparation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop optimum C&I; solutions in response to customer RFQs and tender documents.
Prepare BOQs, instrument index, and cost estimates for C&I; projects.
Design system architecture covering field instrument selection, control system configuration, and BOM preparation using relevant tools.
Conduct technical assessments to analyze customer process requirements, constraints, and applicable standards.
Review P&IDs;, preliminary data, specifications, and deliverable lists to define scope and estimate contents.
Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings; resolve technical queries during the tendering/Bidding process.
Coordinate with instrument OEMs,



control system vendors, and subcontractors for pricing; evaluate and compare proposals.
Prepare and review C&I; engineering documents including datasheets, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, cable schedules, and cause & effect matrices.
Provide timely technical inputs and estimations to the sales team to support bid closure.
Deliver technical clarifications and documentation support to customers through the bid phase.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, or a relevant engineering discipline.
4+ years of experience in any combination of C&I; estimation, engineering design, or instrument erection and commissioning for industrial projects.
Hands-on experience with field instrumentation — pressure, flow, level, temperature, and analytical instruments, including selection, sizing, and datasheet preparation.
