About The Role

We are opening a CBS position for a ServiceNow Platform Senior Developer to support platform evolution and scale. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom applications, modules, and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform aligned with HOS onboarding requirements.
Own end to end technical delivery: requirement analysis, low level design, development, unit testing, code review, deployment, and hyper care.
Build server side (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs) and client side (Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions) logic using Glide APIs and JavaScript.




Develop and manage integrations with third party systems using REST/SOAP web services, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom spokes.
Implement Access Control Rules (ACLs), roles, and data segregation to meet security and compliance requirements.
Lead performance tuning, technical debt reduction, and platform upgrade activities across releases.
Enforce ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and Technical Governance across the delivery team.
Collaborate with architects, process consultants, and stakeholders

Mandatory Skills And Experience

6 to 9 years of hands on ServiceNow platform development experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Robust expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
Proven experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server configuration.
Deep working knowledge of ITSM modules (Incid
