Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Voice Agent to join our US Non-IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience working with US clients and candidates, and the ability to handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US-based candidates regarding job opportunities.
Receive inbound calls and respond to candidate inquiries professionally.
Ensure a positive candidate/Clients experience through timely communication.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and productivity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Strong objection handlings skills are MUST
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in US Non-IT Staffing with extensive voice process experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills .
Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing industry.
Experience working with ATS, CRM, and job portals.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
