Roles & Responsibilities

Policy & Procedure Development: Create and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and align operations with organizational goals.
Holistic Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including vendor development, logistics, finance, MIS, and quality control.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Budget Management:



Develop and manage operational budgets, with a focus on forecasting and cost optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their operational needs and align operations accordingly.
Vendor Relationships: Cultivate solid relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement continuous improvement strategies to elevate operational performance.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the operations team, including training and performance management.
Client Portfolio Growth: Drive operational excellence to expand business opportunities with existing clients.
Client Engagement: Indirectly handle a portfolio of clients, fostering growth and opportunities.
Team Leadership: Directly lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), supervisors, and operational staff, overseeing their performance, training, and development.
