Position Summary

The SGM Shared services team within the US Firm’s Growth & Purpose organization is seeking an Analyst (USI) to support the Leadership Support team. In partnership with SGM Leadership and the SGM Program Office, this role will support day-to-day Leadership Support activities, assisting in execution across key workstreams including process optimization, technology integration, governance, and stakeholder coordination. The Analyst will contribute to improving operational efficiency, supporting project delivery against milestones, and enabling insights generation across SGMs using AI and other tools.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Data Management on the Leadership Support team, you will be responsible for:

Support execution of strategic deliverables, stand-up activities, and COO or Program Office priorities for SGM leadership
Prepare leadership presentations, communications, trackers, dashboards, and reporting materials for leadership and PMO activities
Assist with process improvement, automation,



and technology integration using Power Platform and artificial intelligence tools
Coordinate workflows, ad hoc requests, governance activities, and milestone and risk tracking across SGMs, shared services, and enabling teams
Support knowledge management, documentation, and insights generation to improve operational efficiency and project delivery

The team

Strategic Growth Markets invest in a portfolio of markets that are disrupted, emerging or 'recent to us' to drive the next wave of purposeful cross-business growth for the US Firm, in alignment with the Growth & Purpose strategy. Leadership Support is a cross-functional team within SGM Shared Services responsible for translating strategy into execution for SGM leaders, chiefs, and their supporting teams.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, prog
