Director – Sales & Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the commercial growth strategy of Sayantrik Engineers (India) and its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary C&C; Engineering Inc. (CCE USA). The role carries end-to-end ownership of global business development, revenue growth and brand positioning for the company's engineering consultancy services — with emphasis on multi-discipline engineering, EPC/EPCM support and PMC services delivered to owner-operators and EPC contractors across the oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical sectors.
The Director will drive market expansion across India, Malaysia and the USA, building a high-performing sales organisation, deepening key accounts, and aligning marketing initiatives with the company's technical capabilities, ISO-certified quality systems and 24×7 global delivery model. This is a pivotal role in the company's transition from a strong India foundation to a scaled multinational consultancy
Requirements
Sayantrik Engineers has built a solid India base of 150+ engineering professionals and is now investing in international expansion through CCE USA. The Director is expected to convert this platform into accelerated, profitable revenue growth while preserving margin discipline.
