WeDoGood was started when we realised that under-resourced entities are not able to grow due to lack of guidance and skillset. We are enabling growth by connecting them with skilled individuals who guide them and solve their problems. The skilled individuals come from top institutions and corporates with good experience and skillset.

We focused on not-for-profits and social enterprises for 4 years and worked with over 1200 organisations across 24 states of India. We are right now expanding to youth, trying to provide personalised and skilled mentorship within 4 hours leveraging AI and aim to support 1 crore youth by 2030.

About The Role

We are hiring for a associate level content role.You'll be the person for ideating, generating and posting major content across channels. This is an execution-focused, entry-level role, but we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their output - spots opportunities for content, follows through without needing to be told, and brings ideas to the table rather than just waiting for direction.



It's a outstanding fit for someone who wants to learn the ropes of content and communications in a real, fast-moving setup.

This is an in-person role, based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities

Write and create content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), blogs, and newsletters
Draft impact stories, case studies, and testimonials - including reaching out to volunteers, mentors, or beneficiaries to gather inputs
Support the content calendar - plan, draft, and schedule posts on time
Repurpose existing content across formats and channels (e.g. turning a blog into a carousel, a story into a LinkedIn post)
Create simple visual assets (social media posts, one-pagers) using Canva
Proofread and edit content for tone, clarity, and consistency with brand voice
Assist with basic research needed for content - sector trends, competitor content, reference material
Track basic content performance metrics (likes, shares, reach) an
