Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating with teams and contractors, conducting site visits, managing construction activities as per SOPs, and ensuring quality control. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and providing updates to management.

Should have experience of commercial project planning. (Highrise Building, Commercials, Malls).
Cost Estimation, Cost Control & Budget Tracking
Monitor and report on progress of the project.
