Job Requirements
As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on exposure to how hiring functions operate in a quick-growing startup. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how exceptional teams are built. You'll work across tech and non-tech hiring while supporting recruitment across India and international markets , playing a meaningful role in attracting, engaging,
and hiring top talent.
The Job
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for tech and non-tech roles across India and international markets
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels to build strong talent pipelines
Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Maintain candidate data, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports across ATS and internal systems
Assist with employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and talent engagement activities
Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring workflows
Coordinate offer rollouts, pre-joining communication, and onboarding handoffs
Contribute to recruitment projects focused on process improvements, hiri
