About the Role:
As the Assistant Lead – Automation, Data & Intelligent Systems at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable data systems, automation workflows, and reporting pipelines while leading a small team of 2–3 members. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks in systems, data models,
and leverage—not just tools or tasks.
You will work closely with business teams to identify inefficient or repetitive processes and convert them into reliable automated systems, with a solid emphasis on data integrity, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust reporting, intelligent workflows, and seamless system orchestration.
What You’ll Do:
● Database & Data Architecture (Core Focus):
○ Design and maintain clean, scalable database structures that act as the single source of truth.
○ Make architectural decisions around data normalization, identifiers, and historical vs. current data management.
○ Ensure data consistency, integrity, and reliability across systems.
○ Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for operational and analytical use cases.
○ Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
