As the Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology organization by designing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives that attract and onboard elite engineering, product, and technical talent. Reporting to the Head of People, this leadership role is critical to fostering a high-performance culture by aligning talent strategies with business objectives and long-term growth. You will lead a dedicated team of talent acquisition professionals, drive continuous improvement in hiring processes through data and technology, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and executive leaders to anticipate and meet evolving workforce needs. Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and long-term organizational growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, including performance reviews, development planning, and succession management.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and build scalable, proactive recruitment pipelines.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from role definition and employer branding to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.
Utilize data analytics and HRIS platforms to track key hiring metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire outcomes.
