Job Description

Intune Architect Scope :

Design, enhance and implement the MDM/MAM platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery , user experience with no negotiation to security
Plan, Design, Implement & Configure Intune/SCCM/ MECM solution to manage all end user computing of Organization. Major Supported Services includes Imaging, Software Deployment and Software Update/Patch Management, H/w- S/w Inventory, Reporting.
Device onboarding, Wipe-out, Policy creation & assignment, BYOD/CYOD etc. OT device, POS system knowledge will be added advantage. HLD,LLD, SMTD documentation skills must.
Engineer complex endpoint solutions based on business needs, delivering high-quality documentation, and technology proof of concepts, to support the operationalise of the new technology by Service Owners.



AI enablement automation, power shell scripting etc.
Creating and Deploying Windows 11 Feature updates, Evergreen solution, Autopilot with Intune platform. Hands-on experience in CMG & Co-management, cloud DP integration.
Ability to clearly communicate ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language with customer, LSR & higher management.
Collaborating with multiple teams such as Infrastructure, Security and Application Development to design cutting-edge productivity platform for end-users.
Build standard operating workplace Software Configurations that reflect agreed functional needs and specifications based on the operating environment design.
Govern the upgrades and compatibility of End User devices to ensure seamless upgrades to the business and new functionality and capabilities are introduced effectively
Proven experience of Lite-Touch, Zero touch Deployments, WDS/PXE Issues, Sysprep
