Your key responsibilities as a Principal Engineer:
Lead the design, delivery, and operation of scalable, secure, and highly automated solutions across our Microsoft ecosystem and cloud services – Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams, and Power Platform – with automation as the default, not the exception.
Set the technical direction and engineering standards for the Modern Workplace platform, providing hands-on leadership to the Enterprise Infrastructure team and the wider engineering community.
Partner with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and measurable operational-efficiency outcomes.
Ensure every solution is secure and compliant by design, aligned to our Zero Trust architecture, engineering best practices, and security policies.
