About The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the definition of workspace. The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork locations.



We are searching for an Architect - Senior Associate BIM Modeler who will be front ending all phases of the design documentation and coordination from package design A and B to construction administration. In this role you will be collaborating with engineering, construction, design, logistics, operations and development teams as well as other inter-departmental groups. Externally, you could interface with contracted consultants (PM, PMC, and GCs).

Roles And Responsibilities

Technical expertise in Software Tools-Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
To ensure all stages of dwgs including GFC set to As-built are properly categorized and saved on Autodesk/Procore (in collaboration with the PMC, Cost controller & T&C; representatives at site.)
Proficient in Revit modeling and Coordination of services.
Must have working knowledge of preparation of C&I; BOQ and Revit qty. take-offs
Navisworks Clash Detection, Resolving the clashes and Coordinatio
