About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst – Pre-Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding customer business requirements, delivering impactful product presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating with the Sales and Product teams to recommend the most suitable business solutions.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent presentation skills, solid business acumen, and the ability to translate customer challenges into effective solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, outstanding communication skills, and a consultative approach to engaging with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clientsto understand their business challenges and requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for customers.
Deliver compelling sales pitches by clearly communicating the value proposition of the company's products and solutions.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from customers.




Work closely with the Sales team during pre-sales engagements and customer discussions.
Recommend appropriate product solutions based on customer business needs.
Prepare solution proposals, presentations, business documents, and functional requirement documents where required.
Coordinate with Product, Development, and Implementation teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered.
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted business advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
